NET 30 from date of invoice with approved credit, C.O.D., prepaid, MasterCard, American Express or VISA.

If requesting Net 30 terms initial order minimum $150.
All reorder minimums are $100.
If order is paid by credit card, initial and reorder minimum is $50. All orders below these minimums are subject to a handling charge of 15% of the difference between order and appropriate minimum. Prepaid orders ship freight collect.

Three (3) pieces per style on all items $10 or less. Items over $10 may be purchased in any quantity.

All orders are subject to approval at the time of receipt at Horizon Designs' office.

Include 5 or more trade references with complete address, phone and account numbers.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for shipping from date of receipt at HDI office. No changes can be made to an order once it has been received.

F.O.B. KEARNEY, NE. Best route and carrier will be selected by HDI unless otherwise specified by customer.  Shipping and handling charge $2.50 per order. Backorders: F.O.B. KEARNEY, NE.

Goods are returnable only with prior written authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. A re-stock charge of 25% will be made on authorized returned merchandise except in the case of defective goods or an HDI error.

Claims for defective merchandise or incomplete shipment must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Horizon Designs' products are all constructed with skill, quality and attention to detail. Bags manufactured by Horizon are constructed with heavy-weight, durable fabrics. All bags are sewn with heavy, durable thread and backstitched at stress points. Fabric bags are machine washable in cold water-shape and hang to dry or use a cool dryer. For color fastness we recommend that colored canvas be dry cleaned.
