Horizon Designs offers art services for your project. Our art staff has years of experience working with licensed character and style guides as well as with corporate logos and applications. Please allow 1 week for art development if Horizon is producing the original art for your product.

$35.00 per hour Minimum charge is 1/2 hour.

Allow two weeks to 18 days for a finished sample if printing or embroidery is required on sample. Allow 7 to 10 days for blank samples for approval.

All orders are subject to approval at the time of receipt at Horizon Designs' office.

Allow 60 to 90 days for delivery of your order once an order is placed and samples have been approved. It takes approximately 30 days from delivery to docks in Hong Kong to your warehouse destination in the USA. Horizon will do everything possible to expedite your order and shorten lead time when necessary.

All private label and custom orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled.

Claims for defective merchandise or incomplete shipment must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Special packaging is available upon request and will be quoted accordingly.

Orders are FOB Hong Kong or FOB Los Angeles, Kansas City or other key points of US entry. Ground freight following customer clearing at port in USA are responsibility of customers.

Standard private label payment is 75% prepayment with order if credit approved with 25% due upon delivery. Commercial Letter of Credits, Bank Transfers, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are other methods of payment. Please submit your credit references and terms request prior to order process.
