We will ship your order promptly. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery within the continental USA. If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified.
Horizon ships via United Parcel Service. Freight plus a $4.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged to your credit card.

State Law requires us to charge tax for all shipments to Nebraska and New York. This will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card.

Any returns must be made within 5 days of receipt and in the condition received. Please mail securely wrapped packages via United Parcel Service or US Parcel Post to:

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card for the original amount charged less the freight and shipping and handling. You can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks from the time you mailed your return back to Horizon. Please allow one to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.

Horizon Designs guarantees the construction and durability of our merchandise. If your merchandise is defective you may exchange or return for a full refund.
